I was renting my condo through another agent. Unfortunately I’ve been through many problems with the agent I was hired. Mike was my tenant’s agent and, he did an
awesome job. He went beyond and helped me to complete my agents work. He is very friendly, enthusiastic, responsive, expert and go-getter. Any questions I had, he answered in a timely manner. Never waited more than 10 minutes for a response either by mail or phone. We are still working together to buy me another condo. He even helped me to find a mortgage expert. He is just awesome!
