My experience with Kevin Cermak! First, I would like to say that I don’t pretend to know all about Real Estate, although I have done my due diligence as I would expect from anyone committing to such a large investment. At the time I needed to sell my home, I was going through a divorce. My plan was to get out of our home and move my son and I into an apartment. Kevin suggested something that I wasn’t thinking about, or even thought I could afford for that matter. “Sell your house for top market value and buy a Condo!” What a great idea! I have to admit, I was apprehensive at first given the price of the top selling house in my neighborhood. In order for this to work, where I could afford the down payment, and allow me the capitol to once again own a new property and not rent, I would need an impossible asking price. So I thought…not to mention that everything had to be perfectly staged out as well. Not only did Kevin Sold Cermak sell my home for $20,000.00 over the top selling comparisons, he perfectly staged the whole transaction so my son and I could continue to have the same lifestyle and opportunities I have work so hard to achieve. I FELT LIKE I WAS HIS ONLY CLIENT! Thank you Kevin!! For all of your hard work, dedication, and knowledge. You truly made the transition as enjoyable as it could have possibly been! Forever a Fan!!
