My family and I went through multiple agents and because of past credit/financial and medical issues were not the prestine prospects to most sales agents out there. We did manage to find a few through the FHA process but the numbers were rediculus and almost alarming. We never owned a home before and didnt really understand the process , we learned quickly with our second agent and lost what we thought was our dream home in Livonia Michigan from inexperience. My wife was devastated as was I from her broken heart. We had worked so hard to clean up all of our inhibitors. Believing that I may never be a home owner and my wife and I couldn’t do all the things we dreamt of to our own home was awful and we had almost given up hope. Then Mr. Cermak and I talked. He didn’t blow us off with our 605 credit score ,IRS payment plan and not a huge down payment. He coached us through the entire event in a very simplistic manner that we understood and spent a great deal of his time with us even with his schedule. He showed up on time and kept us in the loop daily. Then it happened, he found us an even better home in the remarkable city of Northville. He negotiated like a champion and I still can’t believe I’m sitting in this home with the minimal amount of money we ended up putting down. We turned the key and already had equity. It turns out that between Mr. Cermak and a high power that loosing the Livonia home was the best thing that had happened to us. I couldn’t put enough words into what steps he took for us and achieved to make our dreams come true. I promise you, Kevin Cermak did the impossible for us and has for many others. I’m not a big review writing type of person but this gentleman deserves it and so do you. 6 month later and he still answers all my questions. There is not another person out there like this man let alone another agent. Thank you
