Jill Gourand is a first-time homebuyer’s dream! From the start I felt as comfortable as I would be with someone I’ve known for years. Her knowledge of the market, professionalism, and patience are next to none! She always had an answer to our questions, sometimes before we were even able to ask them and, on the rare occasion she didn’t know the answer, she would have it for us shortly after. Being first-timers, we constantly fought with the feeling that we had NO idea what we were doing and JIll was always there to help us through and explain anything that we needed.
