My brother and I met with Rick Nessel about selling the home of our mother, who had recently passed away, in Farmington Hills. He had sold other houses in the neighborhood and was able to give us good advice on what to do to prepare the house for market, who the likely buyers would be, and a probabe selling price range. Though the neighbor subsequently bought the house, we called Rick several times for references–for an appraiser and a photographer–and advice. He was always upbeat, generous with his time, and provided good information. In fact, I was able to use his estimated price range in negotiations to raise our final sale price. Afterwards, we tried to pay Rick something for his advice and he would not take it. I would consult him again and recommend him for home purchases or sales in the northwest Detroit suburbs. He was super professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with!
