I once again asked Linda to be my realtor. I had a condo in Whitmore Lake which was a rental property that I wanted to sell. Linda made an outstanding effort to sell the property. Her advice on what needed to be improved or updated proved to be completely correct. The condo was in a community that does not have FHA certification which means the type of financing available is very limited, which made a challenging and complicated sale. Linda persevered and we happily closed this week.
I wholeheartedly recommend Linda Brand as a extremely competent realtor. She is also a very pleasant, positive person who really cares about those she represents.
