Exceptionally well – Tim exceeded all of our expectations. We were in a tough position and needed a seller’s agent who was extremely knowledgeable, always responsive to our many phone calls, and someone who would help us make the tough decisions about what to do and not do to make our home fit for the highest possible price. Tim made what is usually a very stressful, sometimes expensive process (getting one’s home ready to sell and then sold) relatively painless and EXTREMELY FINANCIALLY FRUITFUL. The lead of the story is this: Tim’s labor and expertise enabled us to get (significantly) above our asking price, and did so in an only moderately warm market for our area – – indeed, he got our potential buyers into a bidding war. (We were shocked – but it was great!) But what was really appreciated, besides his professionalism and what seemed to us a kind of “insider’s” knowledge and experience, was the fact that he handled nearly everything for us, particularly since the home we were trying to sell was vacant and we lived an hour away (already in our new home). Whether it was knowing exactly what trusted expert to call and hire (Tim should have received a commission as unofficial general contractor for all of the fairly priced and quality contracting labor he suggested) or the expert marketing and price assessment, Tim’s work ethic and professional and positive attitude helped us make much (much) more money on our home’s sale than we’d anticipated. And did so with considerably less stress than we predicted, to be honest. Tim also always picked up our calls (or returned calls within a short period of time) – even on weekends.
