When it came time to sell my Grandmother’s house, so we could move her to assisted living, Rick came to my rescue. He saw my post on Facebook about trying to sell the house on my own. He first and foremost called me as my friend. He offered his expertise on how to put the house up for sale, without even asking to be the realtor. A month later, when my Grandmother became very ill, I called Rick and he was happy to take the job off my hands. I was able to spend the remaining weeks of my Grandma’s life being with her. Rick took care of everything and allowed me to be where I needed to be. Not only is he a great realtor, he is a great person and a great friend. When my daughter is ready to buy a house, we will definitely be calling Rick again.
