Sold my moms house in one day ! ALAN met with my mom, told her exactly what he was going to do to sell the house. after researching the area ,he came up with a price ,did a open house , and sold it in one day. full asking price . he got her all the paper work to be signed, and even got her a great lead on a moving company. Every thing went very quick and smooth. thru the whole process ALAN was always there for mom, every question was answered to her satisfaction . I should say that she is 91years young and had lots of questions. ALAN was very professional and has many years experience and it shows. thank you ALAN ,GREAT JOB
