I just want to say 5 stars is not nearly enough for Beth! She is the best in the area. I have bought and sold homes with Beth through out the years and it is always a smooth process. When I recently decided to purchase a home I contacted Beth first. She got me in touch with lenders and answered every question I had. She makes you feel like you are her only client. I never had to wait on a response. I found a home that I wanted and left it up to her to work her magic. I never worried that she wasn’t working hard or the deal would not go through. I trusted in her experience and knowledge to get the job done. *Spoiler Alert-Don’t read if you like surprises** She buys you a wonderful home warranty as a gift. I have already used it twice and now have a new central air unit and a new dishwasher for just the $100 service call. It has saved me more money and headache than you can imagine. There is absolutely no other person that I recommend to my friends and family. Beth Little is the best!
