Audrey was incredibly helpful with our home search and purchase. We faced some difficult challenges over the 6 months we were actively seeking a home and Audrey kept a professional demeanor, helped us stay positive and worked tirelessly to ensure we pushed through with confidence that we would find our forever home. We are so happy in our new home and are so thankful for all of Audrey’s help along the way!
Audrey was excellent at knowing the details of the homes we looked at. Their value, if they were listed high, low or properly for the area. She helped us write up offers that were great for both us as the buyer and the sellers. She did great with negotiations and was always one step ahead.
