Russell C. – Ann Arbor

We were in a bit of a rush to find a place and as you most likely know, the Real Estate market in Ann Arbor is tight. She was right on top of the market and navigated us away from houses that were not in good shape. After about three weeks we had the house we wanted. There turned out to be two significant problems at inspection and she was fabulous with the buyers and their agent; she got them to pay for a new roof and a new water heater. If I could give her 6 stars for responsiveness I would. She got back to us virtually immediately EVERY time we called. Even now, months after the purchase, she is responsive to my requests (the house we bought is a rental, I live out of town and need references for local tradesmen). Best agent I have ever worked with.
