Rick was fairly new to selling homes but did a fantastic job of getting our house on the market and putting together a great listing. We went out of town for the week, the weekend of the open house and it’s listing, and signed an offer in just three days before we were back from vacation. Rick worked hard and helped negotiate the price we were looking for and always kept in contact util we closed.
