I could not recommend James enough to anyone looking to buy a home. I came to him with a list of things I was looking for in a house and he did everything in his power to find me my perfect first home. He was very thorough when walking me through the process and could always be reached if I needed a showing/question. James and my mortgage company were able to get an offer accepted out of a multiple offer situation and I was closed on the house in two weeks.
