Reed Nelson – Grosse Pointe

I was actually referred to Bonnie by another real estate agent. After speaking with her for a few minutes , she asked some specific questions such as location, price range, what I was looking for in a home etc… She did call the night before to discuss listings that she had pulled and where to meet. We met and she came very prepared as well as on time. She had to come some distance. She had with her current comps from the area and the homes were the type I was looking for. I ended up looking at many, many homes and she remained diligent that I was going to find “the” one. Bonnie was outstanding to work with as well as fun. Very little stress occurred during the process due to her preparation. I have bought 8 homes previous to this and this experience was by far the easiest.
