Beth was absolutely fantastic to work with! She was both our buying and selling agent in a recent real estate transaction to move into a larger home.

As our buyers agent, she was easy to work with, accommodated our schedule and once we were under contract on the new home did a great job keeping us up to date each step of the process. She had a great attention to detail and advocated for us as the buyers. Even in this crazy market, I didn’t feel like I was getting taken advantage of or having to over extend myself as the buyer. I attribute that to Beth’s professionalism and ability to represent her clients in all circumstances.

As our selling agent she was phenomenal. Prior to selling this home, my husband and I had had a very negative experience selling another home and I was braced for another unpleasant experience. Beth was absolutely the opposite of our previous experience. The amount of time and information she shared with us to help get the house ready for sale was incredible. Selling a home is always stressful, but Beth helped calm our nerves and I felt like she had our best interests in mind at all times. Further, the value she provides compared to her commission was well worth it.

Overall, Beth is a great person to work with and made a stressful process, a positive and easy experience.
