Patrice was extremely professional in helping myself and my son in buying our house in Canton. She helped in negotiating in a fair price for our condo and she made sure to get us home warranty, which was extremely useful to us. She was always readily available to answer my calls/questions and she patiently helped my son in understanding the whole process in buying a house. We have experienced some issues with the seller, but she made up for it by constantly pursuing the seller’s agent while coordinating our purchase with our lender. In addition, I loved how she cares and understands her client. Overall, Patrice was the perfect agent for us and I will highly recommend anyone to use her services.
