Shannon worked with us for over a year to help us find what she called “The Unicorn”. We were not in a hurry & were pretty particular about our list of “must haves.” After a couple of false starts (not her doing, but with unreasonable sellers with houses that required urgent issues requiring immediate addressing & who also refused to repair or negotiate, we walked away.)

Amazingly, she didn’t drop us as clients, but she kept at it & actually found a much better option that was perfect for us! “The Unicorn” with all our boxes checked & even a couple of extras! We are very excited & know we would not have gotten this without all her tireless work and advocacy on our behalf.

We are looking forward to working with her again when we are ready to sell our current cozy home, when we completely move out.
