Kelly was amazing when helping us look for our house. She was excellent in knowing neighborhood information and gave us her expert opinions on every place we viewed. She also helped us rule out houses based on things deeper than a first glance, like moist basement smell meaning water damage. Once we found the house we wanted, she was great at negotiating and adding things based on what had been found during the inspection. Everything on her end of the house buying process went pretty fast despite purchasing during the onset of COVID-19 and quarantine. I would recommend her to anyone for a great, knowledgable, smooth, and honest experience.
