Melissa helped my wife and I buy our first house and navigate through the mess of shopping for a home during a pandemic. When shelter in place started, she stayed in touch with us and answered any questions we had even though we weren’t sure when we would be able to tour houses again. We really appreciated Melissa’s positive attitude and responsiveness. I felt like I could ask her any question and not feel stupid about it. She was very accommodating, taking us to see houses we wanted to see with very little notice. We hope that we will live in our new house for a very long time. But if not, we would definitely work with Melissa again.
