We recently purchased a home and Linda was our agent. She was great to work with! We ended up finding a house outside the area she normally works in and she was very accommodating, reaching out to others who were more familiar with the area when needed to ensure we had all the relevant information. Our experience was a little unconventional given several issues that arose with the home/property itself along the way, and Linda kept us in the loop and up to date throughout the long and winding process, immediately passing messages along from the listing agent when she got them, and investigating issues herself when relevant. She was extremely responsive and was always just a call or text away. We didn’t know much about the home buying process, so she was great about explaining everything to us, answering our many questions, and making sure we understood all our options along the way. She also helped connect us to a great lender, which was helpful given our lack of connections in this area. Overall, she was very knowledgeable, transparent, and professional. I would absolutely work with her again.
