Tim found us our forever home and sold our old home for well above asking. What can I say? He is knowledgeable, professional, and I truly don’t think we’d own a house in this market without his expertise. Tim knows how to win a bid and is very honest about the pros and cons to each house we saw. There was no pressure to put in a bid if we weren’t feeling it. I could not recommend him enough.
