Connie listed to what my reuirements were. I was on a tight time frame to find a home in a specific area, Connie explained the shortage of homes for sales and it could be a challenge given my requirements and time frame, but she was up for the challenge. And she delivered. She started searching for homes and sitting up showings. She was always available on my schedule and prepared to discuss the pros and cons of each home as we were looking at them, if they were priced correctly for the neighborhood, age of roof, furnace etc. This was a real time saver. I found a home and Connie guided me through writing an offer that was accepted, attended the home inspection, worked with the Seller’s Agent to get repairs completed prior to closing. Connie was easy to communite with and made me feel like I was her only client, Her market knowledge really helped me find a home on a tight time frame.
