I had the pleasure of working with Ryan to purchase my first home in the spring of 2016. As a first time buyer, I was unsure and a little scared of the process, but after meeting Ryan, he made me comfortable every step of the way and made sure I understood each part of the process. With his expertise in Oakland and Macomb counties, Ryan suggested areas that I had not originally considered, which ended up being where I bought my home and I absolutely love it! He made the process of house hunting very fun and I was sort of sad when I actually found a home because that meant the fun house hunting was over. One of the best parts of working with Ryan was that he took the time to truly get to know me and what I was looking for at the very beginning of the process and used every home we looked at to refine his understanding of me and what kind of home would be a good fit. He had the ability to look at every home with what I called the “Katie lens” based on everything he had learned about me and was able to truly help me see things I would not have seen on my own. Additionally, with his expertise as an appraiser, Ryan was able to understand the true value of a home and point out benefits or concerns that I did not know to look for.
