I enjoyed working with Tim. My father passed away and it was a very emotional time. Tim was very understanding. He priced the house affordable and as a result we had numerous offers. The house was listed on Wednesday and sold on Saturday. The closing was within a month and went very smoothly. I would definitely call Tim if I ever sell/buy another house!
