I found Kirsten via an online realtor referral website that showed her to be a top seller in my area. I’ve worked with a few realtors in the past and was disappointed by all, even though they were billed as “specialists” in my area. Kirsten, however, is the real deal. She was willing to work with me many months prior to actually listing our home to help me determine what updates/maintenance to invest in prior to listing to get a good price in a short amount of time. My home is older than those in my neighborhood and tough to get comps for. None of that got in the way – Kirsten recommended listing early in the season because inventory was low. She was right – we sold in two weeks and just below asking price. She talked me out of spending more than I needed on updates and made solid suggestions on those we should make and how to stage the house. We had a steady stream of showings during the two weeks prior to receiving our offer and everything went smoothly from there. Her team was responsive and accessible. I felt very much supported and was happy to pay full commission because we got our money’s worth. It really does matter who you work with – not all realtors are skilled in sales strategy and tactics. Kirsten is and I’ll use her again without a doubt.
