Tim Olson did yeoman’s work in completing the sale of my home. First, it was out of the usual areas he deals with (Vassar, MI). It was a difficult sale due to several issues that arose with the buyer(s). Tim stuck to it, communicated every detail to me and was finally able to bring the deal to closing.
