Personally, I have found the most profound reason for an agent to maintain their relationship with NRC. It has to do with two major factors that should be a driving force within any successful enterprise: commitment and attitude. Especially as it relates to our support staff, we could scarcely find more capable and knowledgeable stewards of our individual needs, and we all should be grateful that you, Craig, have had the foresight to employ so sterling a group of professionals as these to guide and support our efforts. They handle our businesses as though they were employed solely by each one of us, and that level of commitment is rare these days.
