I can’t say enough positive things about our experience selling our home with Beth. I really wanted a realtor who was very familiar with the Northville area – and after doing some research I came across Beth and her website. My first impression was positive just based on my being able to schedule a meeting with her directly on her website. She texted to confirm the time and day and called at the same day and time I selected. I could instantly tell that Beth KNOWS her stuff. We went through some initial information and then scheduled a time to meet in person and have her come look at the house. She walked the house with us and offered tons of suggestions on what we needed to do to make the house look the best to get the best offer for it. I could honestly go on for pages about how great our experience was, but I’ll do my best to stick to the important parts. Beth is professional, organized, articulate, intelligent, resourceful, dependable, committed and extremely personable. When she says she is going to do something; she does it. No excuses, no missed deadlines, no missed calls.

We implemented all of Beth’s suggestions to get the house looking it’s best and when it came time to list the photos were incredible (I never realized the difference professional photos make). The house was listed on a Friday, and we had 19 offers by Monday. Moving and the process of buying and/or selling a house is incredibly stressful – but Beth does everything in her power to make sure it’s as positive of an experience as possible for her clients. I honestly felt like she was my therapist at times – and will truly miss hearing from her after we move. Beth is amazing and if you are looking for a realtor – I cannot recommend her highly enough.
