It is with something of a guilty conscience that its been over two months since the Wife and I purchased our new home and I have not yet written a review of our Realtor Beth Little. But in my defense, we have been moving to our new home from out of state. Which is the first thing Beth deserves praise for: Buying a new home is always a daunting task, and is even more challenging when your not from the area. Beth listened and actually heard what our priorities were and what we were looking for in our initial long distance conversations. So when we did come to actually look at potential properties, where Beth took us was laser focused on areas we would want to settle in and the homes fit our criteria and the very first place on the list was the one we now call home (we did do the due diligence and looked at the others). Secondly, buying a home is a complex process, Beth found the right resources and efficiently guided us through the whole process. Lastly, when it began to appear that the sellers might balk on the deal, Beth’s tenacity and “can-do” attitude saw us through to the end and our new home. As a retired veteran, Beth’s commitment to seeing the mission done deserves my highest commendation.
