Home Buyer – Livonia

My brother and sister-in-law worked with Melissa when they purchased their home this summer and I kept hearing great things about her from them. So when the time came for my wife and I to move cross-country from Northern CA to Michigan, I knew that we had to have her help with our (somewhat complicated) situation. My wife was still on Active Duty out in CA for everything except the first time we met Melissa and looked at homes. During the whole process though Melissa always went above and beyond to ensure that she was included (even having us facetime as we walked through the homes to make sure she saw what we did). We used a VA loan and sometimes they can be a bit more stressful than a regular purchase, especially since I had never purchased a home before. If there was ever a question we had that she didn’t know the answer to, she was upfront and honest and found out the answers quickly! We loved working with her and being able to have someone that we could trust to help us buy our first home together. Even through the negotiating process she was strong and effective at ensuring that we got everything we needed or wanted. When my parents decided to move, close to all of us, from PA (they should be closing on their home next week), we all knew that it had to be Melissa to help them as well. She’s become a part of our family now!
