My Fiancé and I met Beth at an Open House she was showing in June of 2018. While we were completely new to the whole home buying experience, we were also (and still are) planning our wedding! Feeling a little overwhelmed, we had so many questions/concerns. After bonding over the sparkling popcorn ceiling (LOL!) Beth was kind enough to sit down with us and explain the whole process, from start to finish so we knew what to expect. Her array of knowledge and passion for what she does instantly made us feel at ease and our partnership to find the perfect first home began. We viewed a countless number of houses over the span of 8 months. It was a buyer’s market which was very competitive and exhausting. My fiancé and I had crazy schedules but Beth always made time whether it was night or day, weekday or weekend. Our search criteria seemed to change every so often but Beth’s determination to find us the perfect home was extremely comforting and admirable. She patiently guided and informed us along the way and each time we met, my fiancé and I always left with valuable information. She definitely has her clients’ best interest at heart. I stumbled upon a home on Zillow on Jan 18, 2019, and sent it over to Beth. It was still a seller’s market so we knew we had to act fast. She immediately got us a showing and my fiancé and I had that magical feeling when you know you’ve found the one! With Beth’s amazing negotiating skills, and our restrictive budget, we came up with an offer the buyers couldn’t refuse! We found out we beat 8 other offers the night before my birthday! So much to celebrate! We were able to close and become homeowners within 30 days! Beth was very responsive and organized throughout our whole search and home-buying process. She literally helped us every step of the way and went above and beyond the call of duty since she knew we had a wedding to plan as well. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend Beth to work with. She is AMAZING!
