Very detailed, VERY friendly. Kim went way above and beyond anything we could have imagined. She helped every step of the way. She always answered calls and texts very timely. We got weekly updates, sometimes more often than that. I believe she did more than what a “realtor” does. She far exceeded our expectations and would recommend her 100%.
