I could not have picked a better realtor. I asked for recommendations for a realtor on a local facebook group and she reached out to me by facebook message and even mailed me a quick financial packet about our house. This was before I had even met her! She continued to work diligently with my husband and I throughout the selling process. She helped me pick out the color to repaint the inside of the house, the best flooring company to use to refinish our hardwood floors, the best company to buy mulch from and the crew to help spread the mulch. She walked us through the process without breaking a sweat. Even when we had a surprise issue with the house ( carpenter ant damage of garage header), she planned the open house around it. She even helped us deal with the showings/open house while dealing with difficult neighbors. By the end of the process, we had both moved out of state and she kept us in the loop and checked over the house.

Before you think, she is doing what any other realtor would do, just wait! Out of her sellers fee, she covered the cost for staging and professional photography. Not all realtors do that. She made the house look gorgeous by the time it was market ready and I didn’t want to leave.

If you have the pleasure of meeting/working with her for real estate, don’t let her go. She is a truly exceptional real estate agent and person.
