Beth goes above and beyond normal expectations of a good realtor. I had moved out of state and tried multiple times to perform some needed updates to my condo and kept falling short with time. I also talked with multiple Realtors with little help or confidence in their abilities to sell my condo. Then I contacted Beth and she was able to meet me the same day at my condo and walked in and confidently told me she could sell it. She also recommended the updates I had been trying to do, but she went the extra mile and actually helped arrange the work and let the workers in. It was exactly what I needed and with Beth and her teams help I was able to sell my condo over a weekend at more then my asking price.
