I usually don’t write reviews, and I rarely write in details unless it really warrants it. Ryan and I met at the end of the summer where I began the process of buying a house. I looked at probably 50 houses, and after having no success in finding my dream house due to the housing demand, I stopped and decided to sell my house first in Allendale, MI., and after that, I began the process of purchasing a house with a different approved amount to secure our forever home. Ryan handled everything I threw at him with professionalism and initiative. Ryan never complained once about how impatient, picky, and difficult I was during the process. He always remained positive and had new homes for us to look at. He sold our home in Allendale in two weeks. He had never worked on the other side of the state prior to listing our home. The imaging and marketing of our home were absolutely awesome, and I personally feel it is why we were able to sell it at the list price in two weeks. Lastly, I travel a lot for work, and I don’t like parking my car at the Wayne County airport. Twice Ryan took time out of his busy schedule to pick me up from the airport and give me a ride home; no strings attached. He is an honest person who really understands the true art of selling a home and I will use him in the future for any real estate needs I have moving forward in this area, or possibly within 2.5 hours, LOL!. P.S. Ryan and I have shared many stories about good audiobooks and what success looks like in both of our positions. Look forward to working with you in the future. Great experience!
