April was so helpful in preparing our home for sale. She
proposed a very detailed list of things to fix,change,declutter,
etc. To make our home as marketable a possible to a wide
variety of buyers. She made it clear that they were suggestions
and completey our decision since she worked for us. I’m so glad
we took her advice. We sold our home quickly and in November
which I was nervous was a terrible time to sell. April is
knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with. I highly
