Melissa is the best real estate agent, she takes what you want and what she knows and makes it happen! I was lost and didn’t know where to turn to when trying to purchase my first home. Once I found Melissa and sat down with her she made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I never felt any pressure, she helped me believe in myself. We went through all the loan options to see which worked best for me. She was very patient with every house I wanted to look at. She shared her opinions on what she knows so I didn’t settle and make the wrong decision. When we found the house I loved she negotiated with the sellers to help me get a better price. The process after that went so smooth and easy I couldn’t believe it, all with her help!! I will call Melissa whenever we need to buy/sell in the future. Highly recommend!
