Tammy was great to work with! She was very responsive and knows the local market well. As first-time homebuyers, she walked us through the process, and we did not feel pressured by her to put in a quick offer on any of the houses we saw. I appreciated that she would point out potential issues with any house we looked at so we had a realistic view of any renovations that might be needed. She was on vacation when we put in our offer but she still did what she needed to do to get our offer in and accepted. On closing day, our house was unexpectedly left a mess and Tammy was great in negotiating with the seller to recover some extra cleaning costs
