Beth was great! She stepped into a very difficult situation as we were trying to sell as the market was tanking after the crazy COVID market, we had already moved out of state, our previous buyer had fallen through, etc. She came in with lots of great ideas of inexpensive ways to update or change things in the home to help it show better. And because we were already out of state, she pulled from her network of trusted professionals to come in and make these changes. Many times, Beth rolled up her sleeves and got in there, doing things that we could not such as shoveling the driveway and sidewalk for showings, taking paint cans to the recycling center that the new owners did not want, etc. Beth works extremely hard and does what is needed to get your house sold, while keeping you updated weekly with emails, phone calls and video calls! Thanks so much for all of your hard work, Beth, especially with us in a different state and during a difficult market!
