Words cannot express how grateful I am for the professionalism, courtesy, and understanding that came from my business dealings with Kirsten Scopacasa in the selling of my home. This WAS NOT an easy situation nor was it one that just anyone could have handled (case in point, a previous non professional Realtor that up and quit a month into the process). You were a Godsend Kirsten and for that I am forever grateful. One can always point to how great a realtor is when all the variables line up and everyone acts accordingly but the true testament and the REASON why a Realtor’s commission is justified, is how one handles themselves when things are chaotic and not on point. Also, how does one handle delicate situations while maintaining a just and fair attitude for both parties they represent. FOR THAT Kirsten, I truly thank you and please let me not forget Sylvannus Morfe and Diane Hutira Morfe who referred Kirsten over to me!!! THANK YOU!!!
