This was our second home buying experience with Roger and he did an amazing job (as he did with the first one)! He is very patient and willing to look at as many homes as we needed in order to find the right one for us. He was never pushy or unpleasant, always very kind and professional. He helped us understand our different options during negotiations, and helped us navigate to the best outcome we could get. He gave us great advice based on his experience and it all paid off! We also used Roger to sell our old home and he did a great job with that as well! We were able to get multiple offers and over asking price on a house that had some “unique” features and the process went very smooth. He kept us up to date with news from the buyer and was a great representative for us to the buyer’s agent. He played a big part in helping us to keep to our desired timeline and we didn’t end up having to make dual mortgage payments. Overall I highly recommend Roger for buying or selling a home. I really appreciate that he is always available and always ready to help. I had so many questions and reached out to him so many times (on any day of the week) that now that all is done, it feels like I’m not keeping in touch with a good friend.
