Rob was excellent! Our buying process was not very smooth with the mortgage lender and even title companies, but Rob was hands down the best part of our process. He always checked in to see if we had questions and didn’t wait for us to reach out. He negotiated for us on our appraisal because the selling agent was not doing so. He made sure to follow up with our lenders for us and kept us informed every step of the way. I have no complaints about working with him as a first time home buyer. Would 100% recommend working with him on your home buying needs!
