My fiancé and I were connected with Ryan based on a referral from family whom he worked with previously. Our initial and all subsequent interactions with Ryan were pleasant and very professional. We found him to be very knowledgeable regarding the area, home buying process and his background in home appraisal was appreciated. Our situation was somewhat unique considering my fiancé and I currently are in separate states thus making the searching process more cumbersome. Ryan was great at responding to questions and helping to incorporate us both when we would look at houses while getting creative at times utilizing FaceTime when needed. He went above and beyond, to show us houses during times that worked with our schedules. Going back and looking at the initial need and want list we provided to Ryan, I was able to check off almost every item on both lists. He found us the perfect house and was there with us every step of the way.
