Didn’t know what to expect when we started to tamper with the idea of purchasing a home. We did a lot of online shopping through various realtor websites just trying to get a feel for the market and what was out there. Of course budget was a huge factor as well as location. We finally decided that we need to go one step further and get a realtor to help us make better decisions and to get us into some of the homes that we had interest in. We spoke with a few realtors via phone and actually met with one prior to meeting Rebecca. Needless to say the outcome of that interaction as I sit here writing this review for Rebecca. Me and my fiancé had wanted to see a home and it was short notice so we sent an email to the realtor of the listing. We figure it would take a day or two to get a response but we were surprise to get a call that same day only like 15 minutes later from us reaching out. We were even more surprised that after talking to Rebecca we were able to see the house that same day as well. I say that to say, this has been our experience with Mrs. Gulyas, she’s a very professional, hard working and knowledgeable realtor. She got us in a ton of homes which felt like “on demand ” to help us better understand the pros and cons of what we thought we where looking for. There was never a point in the process that we felt pressured, yet at times when we were feeling overwhelmed, Rebecca was there reassure us that she was in our corner and that she had our best interest at heart. We appreciate all of your hard work and persistence in helping us find our first and possibly our forever home.
