Terri and Clearview homes were wonderful. We were looking for a Colonial home and they had a beautiful home available the Franklin II, once we saw the floor plan we new this was the home for us! Terri was great, very patient as we went through the selection process and very informative. Eric the owner of Clearview was very responsive to our requests and offered some great ideas! It is obvious this builder gets it. We never felt pressured and genuinely felt as if they were really helping us define the home we desired. I would recommend Terri and the Clearview Team if you are looking for a new home.
