When you work with her, it feels like you’re her only client, because she genuinely shows commitment to you and your best interest. She exercises excellent interpersonal tact and communication skills where she simply explains everything to you, and lets you be the one to make the decisions – as a result, you never feel pressured/rushed into doing anything. When you work with her, you know she’s 100% on your side; she negotiates with the seller, contractors; if you need some work done on your house before closing, and even your lender, if they’re delaying the process. She’s very responsive and proactive; throughout the purchase process, she always kept me updated via texts and phone calls, and I felt no need to ask her, because she was always updating me on her own. Buying a house is a very stressful process, but working with Melissa made it very smooth for me.
