Alan is a great agent; he helped me buy a home in canton MI. He’s very knowledgeable of the area and gives great tips on location and things to look for and anything that might affect home value. He’s also very aware of the fair market price and really really good in negotiations. Also looking back at some of the other houses I checked out and his price predictions, he pretty much predicted the prices of each of them correctly. He’s also always on time and very responsive to emails and phone calls. We worked with another agent before Alan and I would highly recommend working with him.
