My sale was a complicated one. It took approximately 10 months to close. Linda was there every step of the way. My sale closed before the end of the year (2012) deadline and I was able to take advantage of the tax benefits as a result. Linda also found a condo for me to rent the day it listed and within days I had a signed lease. Her help in finding my condo allowed my boys to stay in the current schools and gave me peace of mind through a rough patch in life.
