This was my girlfriend and my first time buying a home, and Ryan made the experience as painless as possible. From our first contact Ryan was professional, knowledgeable, and I could tell that he had our best interests in mind. Ryan guided us through each step of the process, and made sure that we understood each of the steps as we progressed forward. Ryan’s patience was prevalent throughout the process. He never rushed us into making any decisions, which was greatly appreciated. Ryan also never pushed us into looking at homes that were out of our budget, or homes that weren’t right for us just to make a quick sale. He made sure that we were comfortable/informed with our decisions before moving forward. While we did not have to do a ton of negotiation for our sale; Ryan made sure to explain the pros and cons of the typical negotiation points so that we would be able to make the right decisions if more negotiations were needed. Ultimately I could not have asked for a better agent; especially when buying my first house. I would highly recommend Ryan to anyone buying a home. Ryan’s professionalism, personality, and knowledge made him a great person to work with from start to finish.
